Speaking & Keynotes
The framework nobody
else owns.
In the room with you.
Eric Frans is one of the few fundraising thinkers who has built a named, evidence-based framework — and spent three decades applying it at the highest levels of the sector. His sessions don’t deliver inspiration. They deliver a new way of seeing, with the language and tools to use it before the flight home.

“Eric doesn’t just explain donor psychology — he reframes how you see your entire program. Within a week of his session, our team was using his language in donor conversations and internal strategy meetings. That kind of immediate, practical shift is rare.”

Signature Keynote
The Neurophilanthropy Advantage™
Why donors give, when they give, and what you must build to earn it
The flagship. This session introduces the Neurophilanthropy framework — identity, trust, emotion, and meaning — and shows leaders exactly how these four forces interact in every major gift decision. Audiences leave with a new mental model, a shared vocabulary, and a clear picture of the gap between what they’re doing and what generosity actually requires.
Topic 02
Identity-Based Fundraising
Donors don’t give to causes… they give through them.
A deep-dive into the psychology of donor identity — what it is, how to discover it, and how to build a program that makes generosity feel like self-expression rather than obligation. Practical, evidence-grounded, and immediately applicable.
Topic 03
From Transactional to Transformational
The system change most organizations aren’t having.
Why transactional fundraising is a structural problem, not a staff problem — and what executive leaders must build differently. Includes the Generosity Flywheel, the Transaction Trap, and a practical framework for culture-wide change.
Topic 04
Trust Is Architecture
How organizations build — or destroy — donor trust without knowing it.
A practical session on trust as a designed system — not a feeling, not a personality trait, but a structure built through timing, language, coherence, and follow-through. Includes Eric’s Trust Architecture framework and a diagnostic leaders can use the same week.
